What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for launch updates. We don’t ask for anything else.
• Basic technical information that every website receives when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time. Our hosting provider processes it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use your email address to acknowledge your signup, tell you when Legato is available on the App Store and send occasional product updates. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing. Technical information is used only to run and secure the site.

Under EU and UK law, we rely on your consent to send you email, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure to process technical information.

Signing up and unsubscribing

When you sign up, you join our launch notification list and we send a welcome email to acknowledge your signup. No additional confirmation is required. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can write to support@legatoscore.com to be removed. Our email provider may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, which helps us understand which updates are useful.

Services we use

• Kit (kit.com) stores our mailing list and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) hosts this website and protects it from attacks.

These providers process data on our behalf and may do so in the United States and other countries, with the safeguards required by law.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the site secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Technical information is kept by our hosting provider for a limited time under its own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing. Depending on where you live — for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California — you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. Children

This website isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will let people on our mailing list know before they take effect.
